My approach combines targeted behavioural coaching and teaching you specific ways to manage your boundaries, values and relationships.

This transformative process looks at both your physical and mental states and equips you to approach your life from every angle, with the knowledge that all areas of our experience overlap and impact on each other.

I use my training and study to empower you with the techniques you need to become your own coach. Once I have given you the understanding of how both your body and brain react to pressure and stress, you will learn to interpret not just how you feel a certain way but why.

Armed with this new-found knowledge and self-awareness, you’ll be able to make the necessary changes to regain control and move forward in the right direction.

By learning to manage the way you think, you’ll also be equipped to prevent or lessen future episodes of stress by regulating your emotions and coping more effectively with any challenges you face.
