Training and supervision

For many, coaching holds less of a perceived stigma than therapy or counselling–people are more likely to reach out to a coach than a therapist for help in the early stages of problems.

This allows coaches to fulfil an incredibly important preventative role, before clinical intervention becomes necessary.

It is in these situations that the boundaries between coaching and therapy can become blurred, an area I refer to as the Grey Space.

I can help you to understand how to work within the zone where it starts to feel like you’re verging on therapeutic territory but you know that what you’re doing is helpful for your client and your client is still actively engaging with the process.

Through workshops, speaking, one-to-ones and journals, I will show you how you can successfully navigate this space and how to ensure you’re doing so ethically, achieving the best outcomes for yourself and for your clients.
