SHIPPING + HANDLING

Domestic

All orders are treated as a priority for dispatch and we aim to dispatch all orders on the day we receive them. Most domestic orders will leave our facility within 24 hours, however please allow 3-5 working days after your payment has been confirmed. If your order has not arrived by the designated time, please email lauretta@laurettacundy.com with your order number and contact details.

If you are in a rush to get the goods, please let us know and we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please email us for all rush orders.

International

For all international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are located, the weight of what is being shipped and how quickly you wish to receive your package.

On average, international orders take 3 to 10 working days depending on where you are, to arrive after your payment has been confirmed. Taking into consideration that it will not get stopped in customs. If your order has not arrived by then, please email lauretta@laurettacundy.com with your order number and contact details. 

Please be advised that every country has unique customs laws and your order may incur other charges whilst in transit. LAURETTA CUNDY COACHING PSYCHOLOGIST is not responsible for these charges, however we will do our best to send it to you the fastest, safest, and most cost efficient way we can.
