Cacao Ceremonies

The cacao ceremony is a routine ritual for self renewal that keeps us centered, connected to our hearts, and living in a good way. Engaging with chocolate as a ritual, rather than consuming it as candy, has direct positive impact on our individual well-being as well as our global ecosystem. Cacao ceremonies are spaces for people to connect with each other in new ways, and an opportunity to reconnect with ancient parts of ourselves that remember the simple power of gathering together in community.

Sound bathing

In these peaceful sessions, you will be enveloped in therapeutic sound, enabling you to take a slice of tranquillity away with you. The workshop begins through guided meditation, deepening your state of relaxation, and then by using Tibetan Singing Bowls, Rain Sticks, Rattles, and an Improvised Voice you will simply listen, drift off, meditate, and contemplate life.

Shamanic element

The session is conducted within a full medicine wheel which is an energetic container and sacred template that I create and establish for you and your session. The medicine wheel provides psychic privacy and a safe space for your spirit allies and guides to participate within the session. Working within a multi-dimensional space is very powerful. This kind of session is extremely powerful because we are incorporating all aspects of spirit.
